PROFESSIONAL - $75.00 USD

BENEFITS

• Password access to Member's Area of IMATA’s website which includes the Library and the Member’s Forum. This also gives access to IMATA’s current online publication of Soundings as well as every electronic back issue Soundings and other IMATA publication archives, including the IMATA Glossary of Terminology, Video Glossary, Membership Directory, IMATA’s upcoming Events Calendar, Job Postings, and much more!
• Discounted registration fees at Annual Conference
• Invitation to IMATA Regional Workshops in your area
• One year subscription to IMATA’s Soundings Magazine
• Proceedings from the Annual Conference
• Receives additional periodic publications
• Has the right to vote
• May endorse individuals for Active or Professional membership
• May serve on Association Committees
• May serve as an officer for the organization
• May serve as Committee Chair

REQUIREMENTS
Have actively participated in the training, husbandry, and/or management of marine animals for a total of at least three (3) years accumulated over a period of no more than five (5) years preceding the date of application. MUST have two (2) endorsers from Professional IMATA members in good standing, one of which must be from an individual whose employer is other than that of the applicant’s.

Note: Allow 6-8 weeks for processing

ACTIVE - $60.00 USD

REQUIREMENTS

Anyone who is interested in the objectives of IMATA, and supports them.

ORGANIZATIONAL - $200.00 USD

• Logo in the IMATA’s online Membership Directory
• Company link on Website
• Free table at the Job Fair during the Annual Conference
• If a current IMATA Board member is an employee of the facility, the facility/organization membership is free for the term limit of that Board member
• One member associated with the organization receives discounted registration for the Annual Conference

REQUIREMENTS
Any commercial, professional, or zoological group that is interested in the objectives of IMATA and supports them.
