OPENING VIDEO for 2010 IMATA CONFERENCE

Now is your chance to be a part of the 2010 IMATA OPENING VIDEO! We need you to submit video footage from your organization to make sure that you are represented in this fun and entertaining musical compilation that will be played at the beginning and end of the 2010 Conference in Boston!

This year’s video theme is:

WATER!

Water is something that we all rely on with our marine animals so we thought it would be fun to do an opening video that highlights the wonder of water!

Examples of footage could include:

• Splashes
• Swimming
• Water as a reinforcer
• …and MORE SPLASHES!

Here’s the information you need to know to submit your footage:
 

• All footage must be received by OCTOBER 15, 2010. If you need an extension just let me know.
• Submit only 5 MINUTES of footage!
• Send footage in any one of the following formats: mini-DV, standard DV and DVD. Sorry, we cannot accept anything in VHS, PAL or Beta formats. Tapes will not be returned!
• Do not send pre-edited video with special effects – very difficult to use
• All audio on your video will be erased.
• All submitted video footage must include a SIGNED RELEASE FORM allowing IMATA to use it for the Opening Video project. You can obtain this form from Bill Wolden via e-mail at bwolden@dolphinquest.com, which you must then sign and return via fax (619-542-1513) or mail using the below address.
