NEW THIS YEAR! The 2026 IMATA Leadership Summit brings together current and aspiring leaders in animal care organizations for leadership development, networking, and collaborative problem solving. Day one features keynote speaker Keith Morris, leadership-focused sessions, and role-specific breakout discussions, while day two centers on applying leadership concepts to real-world challenges through facilitated workshops. The summit concludes with a session on leading through influence, trust, and service, and attendance is limited to verified leaders to maximize engagement.

To maximize discussion and networking opportunities, attendance will be intentionally limited. As the summit is intended to be a collaborative environment, attendees will be required to verify leadership role prior to attendance.
